Employee Referrals: ADS accepts
referrals from Piedmont Triad area business and industry needing
to place employees into treatment. If you request it, ADS can
keep you informed about an employee's recommended treatment plan,
counseling schedule, treatment progress, discharge plan, and recommended
follow-up services. ADS can monitor your employee's progress and
report back to a supervisor or HR representative.
Treatment costs can be covered by the employee's
insurance. In instances where the employee does not have insurance,
or the insurance does not cover substance abuse treatment, ADS
can bill the employee at a reduced rate based on family size
and family income, and he/she will receive a convenient payment
plan.
